i find a couple of reasons for his not aging
1.hes a vampire
2.he was experimented on as a child and now he doesnt age
3.he still hasnt hit puberty at the age of 24
4.he is a phantoms
5.he is a ditto
6.he is a robot
btw he cant be 10 he at least has to be 11 it says when he returns to pewter city "i cant belive its been almost a year." unless he did all that other stuff in like 3 days
