I think its because Ash is dreaming everything up.(Still asleep) And that's why he won't get older. I mean really, who would really meet legendaries that want to kill you all the time? But this is really hilarious and Ash got what he deserved. ^^

The science behind Ash's non-aging.
There are several factors which explain the fact that Ash has not yet aged.
1) The Mewtwo-Mew incident- As with Rose Tyler's resurrecting Jack Harkness, the magic of Pokemon's tears brought Ash back to life for good after he was turned to stone by Mewtwo and Mew. Oddly, Red has been turned to stone as well in the manga, but he's so much cooler than Ash, and he does seem to be getting a little older.
2) The Main Character Power- Main characters never age or die, as proved by the Millennium Puzzle's power in Yu-Gi-Oh.
3) Aura Power- characters that hold aura are preserved and revitalized by said power.
4) Advanced electrolysis- Pikachu shocked him one too many times.
5) The Chosen One syndrome- Need I go further?
