found this guy along with Shalos. again, i liked it, so i decided to upload it. also like Shalos, i left his lineart alone.he's also one of the bad guys. but unlike Shalos, whose still sorta a good guy, he's definitely NOT! he's an arrogant, sociopathic, megalomaniac who is only out for himself! so basically, he's the Starscream of this story.
