Timelapse Drawing
The bottom drawing is the result of the quick tutorial. I filmed myself drawing for 10-15 minutes then added to the drawing off-camera. The top drawing I did later, using the same techniques. The middle legs are smaller and didn't come out perfectly but I like the overall design.

Organic's good too. For a long time everything I drew looked too robotic and not organic enough - I had to spend a while getting rid of my old habits to come up with new designs.
They're both good styles, depending on what you're looking to create.

Hehe, thanks. I was playing Dawn of War and the Tau race was the hardest one to get used to, but I loved that logo, so I've been using it on a lot of my robot and spaceship drawings.

Yeah, I was definitely inspired by that art style after playing the first Dawn of War, then I played all the rest and even made some obviousely Warhammer-inspired art like this Orc [link] , this robot [link] and this flamer guy [link] .

Thanks a lot. I don't usually make entire scenes so it's hard to tell what size my objects are supposed to be, that's why I put him there.
