Im trying to figure out whether or not my character would be able to speak/argue/something I have planned in my maybe audition since my character can only talk with sign-language or telepathy. ^^ ;

Hubb has no organic brain, but his "mind" is so advanced that telepathy with him is not our of the question. It's just sending a mental transmission, afterall.

I think it's safe to assume his massive and advanced head can speak thousands of languages. If he doesn't know one, he can probably decipher it and learn it very fast.
