Requires latest Rainmeter beta 4.2.0 beta r3043 64-bit (Apr 26 2018)
V 1.2018.04.27 Modded all 3 skins to use the new Usage Monitor plugin

I think there is a calculation problem:
e.ge: It says total cpu usage %80, but total of five processes is 32%
When checked with Windows Task Manager the values of these 5 items are not correct.
Could you please have a look.?

Shows up to 5 processes, but CPU is for ALL processes (not just the 5 shown)...

No, I didn't mean it.
To be precise, the percentages of the first 5 processes are very low compare to very same the first five processes in windows task manager.
e.g.:
illustro processes patch windows taks manager
Process A 15% 29%
Process B 10% 20%
Process C 5% 9%
Process D 3% 6%
Process E 2% 4%
I also made a comparision with similar "Processes" skins, the result is the same.
Whatever, if too much work forget it.
