This is a pretty common occurrence for me I just wish I had known about Hetalia waaay back when I was actually doing history... I vaguely remember parts of this story out teacher told us to help us remember what happened during WW2, and it would be sooo hilarious if only i could remember it... TT^TT

lol I know that! I didn't know about Hetalia until after I was done with World European and American history. I was really sad by this fact, but I still get a good laugh out of it anyway~

You can ALWAYS get a good laugh out of world history and Hetalia~ In fact, I actually think I know more about history than when I was actually learning it at school

I still feel screwed over with my world history class for two reasons. 1) Outside of two days we spent on Africa, we didn't learn about anything but European history, and 2) I NEVER HEARD ABOUT PRUSSIA UNTIL I STARTED WATCHING HETALIA!! I feel so screwed over for that, and I remember looking at maps. The maps showed that Prussia was HRE.

Inorite? We did was a little bit of Medieval England in year 7, and then WW2, and after that it was all American political stuff T^T They need to do a better spread of everything instead of focusing on one section... It's called WORLD history for a reason
PRUSSIA IS UNDERLOVED, Much like Sealand We need to be taught more about interesting little countries istead of the same european ones!

Yea, really. I would've loved to learn about Asian History, but nooooooo. It was all just Europe and a tiny bit of Africa. *sighs*
