I almost always use my 55-250mm lens. I rarely used the 100-400mm anymore unless I am at the zoo. I have not been very happy with the quality of the photos from it recently.

Oh that lens looks like a much more affordable option. My dream lens is the 70-200mm 2.8 but it'll take me a long time to save up for it. The photos you have been taking lately have such crisp focus and beautifully soft backgrounds.

It was my first lens besides the crappy tiny kit lens that most dslr's come with. It has been my favorite since day one. Not great for long distance shots, but it does really well for captive animals and portraits.

Oh nice, my kit lens was a 28-135mm. It is an ok lens but it is getting pretty beat up from the years of use. Have you ever messed around with a flash?

Mine was the 15-55mm lens. I definitely don't care for that lens... No, I have never used a flash. I have no idea how to use one properly, so i have never really wanted to.

It would be cool to hunt with a falconry owl AT NIGHT. . . I'd suppose you would fly him during the day though?

We will mainly be hunting for rabbits.

We do not have Ebony anymore. She is at a nature park in Florida now. She did not do well with our constant traveling.
