The sketch for this drawing is several months old, but I decided to give her some color last night. '41X is the 1981 Piper Turbo Seminole who taught me how to fly with two engines.

This was inspired by a conversation between a friend and I. We were comparing general aviation manufacturers to Hollywood's stereotypical depictions of high school students:

-Pipers are the weird artists. They're very quirky, but they're not in-your-face about it.
-Cessnas are the quiet nerds. They do good work, often go unnoticed, and are loved by instructors.
-Mooneys are the jocks. They're fast and good looking, but they're full of themselves and too forward.
-Cirruses are the rich kids. They're friendly, but they have everything and can be unapproachable.
