Wow, I think this is the only Puppet Nurse cosplay I've ever seen... And it's great! Really, most of the monsters don't get the attention they deserve. I mean, Pyramid Head and the Bubble Head Nurses are cool, but... There are tons of other really great monsters, too.
That lump is freaking me out. Those nurses were so creepy.

Thank you! But yeah, the Puppet Nurses, which are the original, very first Silent Hill nurses, get no attention when it comes to cosplay.
I like how there are many different looking ones, green or blue sweater, blond, dark and gray haired ones... I would have loved to have a little group of those together, Puppet Doctors, a few different Puppet Nurses, and maybe Lisa with them too. That would be awesome!

yeah, for some reasons the first game isn't THAT well known as you'd think it is. I liked the Puppet Nurses a lot, after all they were the first nurse-scare ever

that's true, that's why I wanted to pay tribute to them by cosplaying them. After all they were the first Silent Hill nurses ever, the first moaning, creepy hospital staff ever who scared the hell out of us

Great job!!! I really like the flashlight in this too. The way those nurses moaned gave me shivers every time. It is not often that I see good fanart of the silent hill 1 nurses, but I think this is one of the best. Nice work!
