Yay! These SH1 nurses hardly ever get any kind of attention, and it's so sad really... Creepy stance with the lowered head and the knife, just they they do in the game. This is very cool!

yeah, I know! I always liked the Puppet Nurses and Doctors, but they really don't get much attention
