The zip file you can download here contains two files:- tls file for TuneUp Styler
- logonui.exe for Replacer
It should work on resolutions up to 1600x1000 pixels.

Well, this logon is meant for XP. In Vista you only can change the standard logon screen's background with Logon Studio Vista.

Ah... well, actually it's XP. You can replace the standard logon screen pretty easy with TuneUp Styler or Replacer. And, by the way, with LogonStudio Vista it's possible to change the standard logon screen's background.
