I had kind of wondered if we'd see a scene like that, since Shep could (did) go into the other-gender's bathroom on the SR-2. And the fact that the privacy in those rooms was essentially nonexistent.
I think this might be a new favorite idea. Or an evil little plot bunny. Not quite sure yet.
