First you need to be a subscriber, then you need to locate and use a general user design CSS that has been made for everyone to use, (This particular design was made specifically for Froweminahild so nobody else can use it)
Once you've located and downloaded a design thats free use you need to add the css and html coding to your journal. There are several tutorials on this and most designs will have instructions provided
