Rockman ZX/ZX A's Prometheus, woo! He's one bad dude. I love kicking his butt in our fights. xDAdmitedly, Prometheus is not as cool as his partner Pandora is, but he has an air of awesomeness to him still. I think it's the wild, crazed look on his face that I like about him whenever I see 'um.
I altered his helmet a little from the original design, here. I dunno why, seemed fun at the time, tho.
Random side note: Whenever he talks, I think about Katsu. xD (Voice actor is that Nobuyuki guy, I thinks)

I think he is the voice actor, yah. xD I found out not that long ago that you're right about that.
But god, I swear he sounds like Nobuyuki Hayami whenever he's fighting and screaming. A lot.

and why do they cut out the voice in the game. the only time you hear it is during battle, not while they are talking, is it that hard for them to just translate the writing and leave the voice in?

I dunno! -+- Maybe there was a memory size capazity issue that had kept the localized version of ZX from having the voices left in it. But I dunno.
I hope that ZX Advent will have in game voicing for the domestic version, tho.

Yeah, been really really busy. >_<; But after Monday (where I have an evil final that I have to study all day for, cause everyone thought it was actually on Wednesday gahh) I'm planning to draw MUCH more. MUCH MUCH more! I'm TOTALLY motivated to draw more, I have to force myself not to when I'm trying to study, haha. Fanart and art for my new site and my manga... gonna draw alll summer!

Pandora, his partner, is a mix of Leviathan and Harpuia (Ice+Lightening), too, but doesn't look particularly like either of them.
