Not really, it's not supposed to work, it only works because the owner always has full privileges in their room. It could be considered abuse of a flaw in the system.

Oh, and you should add private chats for non-dAx users:

/raw join pchat:User1:User2\n

User1 and User2 being you and the user you want to talk to, sorted alphabetically.
