Another way to talk in a room without being in it is making sure it's the only room you're in and /part'ing it

If you replace msg with action in the 'Send message to chat you created' command you can do a /me

Well, most people don't know /raw codes. They're not too hard, but people don't usually use them since most can be done with normal commands (or /chat in certain scripts).

You can do everything with /raw codes but most you can do without and it's easier to do it like that.

Yeah. The chat when not in your own room just works due to how the privs are set up. It's a quirky thing, but it's kinda fun
But most things (kicking, promoting, talking, etc.) can be done with normal /commands or just typing, and it's much easier

If only we could find a /raw that provided a custom exit message...

The only one is /raw disconnect\n which does [quit]. There's [shutdown], but that only happens if dT disconnects the chats.

I think you should be able to provide a reason in /part, it would be easier then sending a message then leaving.

Yeah, that would be pretty cool. Although it's nice to see the real reason people leave (timeout, just a normal part, or a quit). Having people leave a custom reason would be nice though, if it added onto how they left.

It wouldn't be a timeout if you could do a custom reason in a /part. Then again if you could do a custom reason you could pretend you timed out.
