I drew this for my submission packet to the comic syndicates and thought I'd share it. Should come in handy for anyone who hasn't read the strip yet!Colored with Dick Blick markers.

I love how the goldfish is the voice of reason. I mean, who doesn't confide in their goldfish when they have a problem.

I know I do. Stephen was my goldfish for a long time, and he was special because if you put on music, he would dance for you. He moved with me from Ohio to Hawaii and when he moved on, I put him in my comic. My current goldfish, Pepper and Pickle, are perhaps not as wise or danceable as Stephen, but they're just as fun to chat to.

Glad you like it! When I first colored Finn a while back, I got some complaints from folks who thought he should be green. I don't know why I always had him this dusty red in my mind.

Riiight.
I think due to the pink shading of your comics I pictured him a fleshy colour, or
a light yellow, so red was a striking reveal, but coool all the same. Makes him more powerful.
