You can clench a full fist or grip a weopon tightly without being pinched on impact. each one of the rivets here goes through thick leather strap on the inside giving it fairly good articulation particularly in the fingers.
My friend regularly goes out to clout other like minded souls on the battlefields with these!

Seriously cool. I'm currently making a haubergeon that should be done in a few weeks, but those gauntlets are much cooler. Do you do much work in the armour area?

I would like to do more, though there is so much to do so little time. These were done before i was fully into metal casting would be interested to see what i could come up with now
