I suppose I ought to explain myself.It all started when my friend told me that John Watson's middle name was Hamish. I replied that Hamish was the perfect name for a hamster. So obviously John was a hamster. Everything else just kind of happened. Once I was finished, another friend mentioned that they looked like something from Redwall. So yeah.
Mycroft was actually originally going to be a guinea pig. And Watson was about 3 times as fat/fluffy before I redrew him. I think I need to redo Sherlock, he looks strange.
Anyway.
I know they are not proportionally correct in relation to each other. It's all just good fun, so it's not like it matters.
Moriarty is my personal fav, because I can't look at him without giggling.

I didn't know what Molly was until i read some of the comments, Sugar Gliders aren't really a common pet where I'm from, I dont see them often and never met anybody who's had one. The only time I ever saw one was when these people came to the mall to try and sell them. I got to pet it and it felt like a furry marshmallow :3 . But i do however, LOVE the little mouse as Mrs.Hudson

You know you're a Redwall nerd when your first thought is questioning whether or not some of these animals actually made an appearance in Redwall. not 100% certain about chipmunks, but whatever Molly is (lemur?) wasn't as far as I recall. But I do think it's absolutely adorable. Too bad nobody in BBC Sherlock is really suitable for a badger because then that would be hilarious.

My god, these are good! They are like the characters in Toon Tellegens book 'Misschien wisten zij alles' (it's dutch) It's about animals who live together in a forest. They do everyday things together and drink a cup of tea at each others 'houses'. It's a book for children in that it is funny and full imagination. It's a book for adults in that it reflects society and delivers critique on the way things are done. Anyways, these drawings are beautiful.
