Description "Transmigration" by Cody Seekins (www.codyart.tk) Oil on Canvas, 48" x 24", Original for Sale

This painting is a gateway; a puncuation and endpoint to my body of work until now and the movement toward newer states of evolution. The transmigratory element of this work goes beyond art for me and serves as a synchronistic echo of larger personal and social progressions. It has been a very inspired and powerful piece. I only wish this digital image could show you all the subtleties of light interplay the thing provides as you pan the room.

i'm very glad you can peer into this piece, in a way it has vastly more integrity, dance, and a spirit of potential than anything else i've done. Thanks for the genuine appreciation...

Interesting and difficult to categorize what type of thing creature, shell, mouth, landscape bio-mechanical creation. Is it underwater, or on another planet?

Skillful subtle blending of color, nice atmospheric feel.

This was definitely the piece which, in sum, felt the most channeled as a work--seamless in its execution, light in its inspiration, novel as a new phase of perception. I love your read on it, the interstice between an other planetary and aquatic domain...in truth my mindspace was somewhere in between as well in the making. Thank you for the interpretation and feedback.
