This will be my last ever update of Perry's app. I hope you guys have enjoyed his progression throughout the tournament. As a little treat I'd like to present to everyone each of the pictures I have used for his fullbody poses . Thank you, everybody, for helping me get this far. ♥♥♥

Post Round5: After the battle at Snowpoint, Perry became deflated. His normally cheerful demeanor has diminished and he rarely even smiles anymore. The guilt over killing the two soldiers on Snowpoint is eating away at him, plus he's still depressed over losing Spores just as they were becoming closer. To add to his misery, he hasn't gotten word from Kathy for over a month and fears something terrible may have happened to her.

Personality:
Perry is a very outgoing guy who gets along with just about anybody. He loves to be in the center of a crowd and socialize often. He's quite the joker and enjoys making people laugh. Kindhearted, a hard worker and a bit on the simple side. He prefers to do things with his hands rather than thinking and has never been into books much.

Backstory:
Born in Pewter City, Perry has always been surrounded by the miners who work in the tunnels of Mt. Moon, including his own father. It was no surprise that the young man took up the profession as soon as he was old enough to. Having never left the city, however, he hardly knows anything outside of it and is a bit sheltered because of that. He's faced a few dangers while mining, from cave-ins to getting poisonous Paras spores shot at him, but in turn that has made him hardier.

Perry is the middle child of 4 other siblings, his baby sister, Miryam, younger brother, Lawrence, older brother, Finbarr, and eldest brother, Terrance. Or most commonly known as Mary, Larry, Barry and Terry respectively. He also has a girlfriend of 4 years, named Katherine, who he plans to propose to once he comes back from the war.

He's also a friend of Mika whom he's known since he was a child. He's very close to her, treating her as if she were his actual sister. He tends to tease her often and watches out for her as much as he can.

Upon hearing about the war between Kanto and Johto, Perry became immediately interested, not only for a chance at getting out to see new places, but because he genuinely wants to help out his region. He's joined it along with his eldest brother, Terry whom took up the air force instead of the army.

Extras:
*Perry is extremely aquaphobic and will not get near large bodies of water or even a knee-deep pool if he can help it. He also tends to frighten easily if he is unexpectedly splashed with water. Because of this phobia he never learned to swim and will likely drown just from panicking if he is in deep waters.

*Due to a recent checkup, Perry found out his lungs have been damaged by spore inhalation from working in the mines. Because of this, he loses his breath fairly quickly and cannot run long distances. If he tries pushing himself it could result in something not unlike an asthma attack.

Pokemon:

Pickaxe | Haxorus | Brave Nature | Mold Breaker | Male

Pickaxe was donated from Unova to the Kanto army along with other pokemon of the region and Perry happened to get him. The Haxorus isn't too happy at being taken away from his homeland and stuck into a war but he's grudgingly going along with it anyway. He's very patient and able to put up with Perry relatively well.
Pickaxe, just as his nature suggests, is incredibly brave and won't hesitate to fight even if it seems all odds are against him. He usually listens to Perry's orders but will spice things up a bit if need be.

Spores | Breloom | Adamant Nature | Effect Spore | Male

Unlike Pickaxe, this Pokemon does not like putting up with his trainer's antics. Frankly, he thinks Perry is an idiot who has no right controlling him and most of the time refuses to listen to the young man. In fact, the breloom doesn't much like listening to anybody and if forced, he will likely shoot out spores, bite, headbutt, or scratch you.
He's a powerful fighter and can easily defend himself when he needs to, using combined moves to finish off any opponents.
Just like Pickaxe, Spores was given a bandana to wear as well, if not reluctantly so.

Plume | Archen | Jolly Nature | Defeatist | Female

The first Pokemon on Perry's team to actually love the soldier and happily stay by his side. Plume is incredibly affectionate to everyone, especially Perry. She is most often found clinging to his shoulder or simply following him around like a duckling to its mother. In Plume's eyes that's all the man is to her.
She is a great climber and since she's too weak to fight the usual Pokemon in the battlefield, Perry uses her as a scout. She's incredibly quick as well; that, combined with the move, agility, guarantees her the ability to escape any danger she may come across.
If she does manage to get cornered she still has a few moves to help protect herself, but more often than not they're just good enough as a distraction to help her escape.
Instead of a bandana like the other two, Perry decided to tie a bow from red string onto Plume's tail.

Snare | Mawile | Impish Nature | Intimidate | Female

Given to Perry to replace Spores so he wouldn't be at a disadvantage during missions. Snare is generally well-behaved but she can be quite cheeky and delights in getting a rise out of others. She follows orders obediently and is also good at making it on her own if she were ever separated from the rest of the team. She's ruthless in fights, some might even say she enjoys the sight of blood. Due to losing Spores, Perry is trying to keep his distance emotionally from Snare in case he becomes attached, so he rarely lets her out of her ball or interacts with her unless it's during training.
