Description OKAY- Just whipped this up quickly and drew the poses at school but I hope it helps.

My experience with poses:
last time I did anything with explaining poses was this:

No, we didn't study anatomy specifically. My teachers would throw hints and tips at us as we drew. Amazingly, I've had a lot of opportunities to understand the body more on my own. This year I had dance class and yoga- in both my understanding on the body changed drastically XDDDD Like just pick up things and start to really NOTICE why your body moves the way it does~ If you understand one part let's say arms or legs- it'll lead on to understand the rest of the body. It's all connected~
