Oh and I also discovered that you can animate inside photoshop too, it also has the animation window O:

yep I just found that one too recently ^^
and it's more convenient cos Imageready has these many bugs it often crashes or hangs when the animation is too big in size,
or at least that's what I experienced
Photoshop on the other side is totally bug-free
