Companion piece to the Remembering To Forget You Chapter 16 ongoing fic.Let me just say...RuRi is the power couple you don't want to get on the wrong side of.
This one was a PAIN to get done... Ended up having to paint Miranda's hair, chest, neck and half face.
But I'm happy with the result. So yeah.

Yeah they did that with all of them, their isn't one Bi Female human squadmate in the Mass Effect games.
Yeah still hopefully if/when they make more Mass Effect games they change it up for once.

Man, this actually made me even more bummed.
I really hope they make more ME games, buuut, judging by Andromeda it doesn't look as if they'll ever give us a bi-female.
What annoyed me the most though was the fact that I hardly got to see Miranda in ME3.

Sorry to bring it to your attention, it can be sad to realize. As far as I know the last Bi female human companion/squadmate was Isabella in Dragon Age 2 from around 2011.
I think it will be years before they try with Mass Effect again, and I have hope they will change it up. Also all the Mass Effect games start with a male and female squadmate. It would be nice if they changed that some as well.
Yeah Miranda should have been more involved with ME3, I was glad Ashley was and Liara.

Andromeda was a fail on so many levels, I won't even get into my disappointment with what they did (uglify the females, PeeBee looks like Shrek). The SJW stuff has been well documented out there already.
As for the original trilogy my belief is that Mass Effect's key mistake was forcing the Virmire Decision.
Because Ashley and Kaidan are exclusive after that but share many scenes their character has suffered a lot. I'm a total Ash-lover and the lack of effort put into her post Virmire angers me to no end. She does almost nothing memorable in ME3 besides getting drunk. At least I got that cute bar moment where my Shep and her kick filthy Batarian butt.

Yeah they could have done more with Ash, not sure if they did much with Kaiden either? I enjoyed the moments with Ash throughout the games but I do wish there were more. Thought Ashley or Kaiden do have a that kind of big moment in the game where they are protecting Udina and you have to talk them down.

But there's so little difference between them. One seems a little nice but in the end Ash and Kaidan are one and the same. You need to do the same convincing, etc to get them on your side. About Kaidan: he's probably the only one to cause crew events to happen on the crew deck by the games table on the Normandy.
Ash just stays in her room all the time! So annoying from BioWare.

This has to one of if not the best Shepard/Miranda pairings I have read. You have crafted a hell of a story that is worth a reread. I'll admit I missed a whole lot of stuff the first time I read it.
