Description
I made a cursor to replace the hourglass.It's similar to my new start orbs I was working on.
It glows green periodically.
Feedback appreciated.

Instructions:
Put in: C:\Windows\Cursors
And then go to:
Control Panel > Mouse Options > Cursors > Browse

I don't see why not. Is it a problem with your antivirus, or the dA download link?
Alternatively, is it problems with the installation?
