Description
1. Create the lineart of your eyes.
2. Add a base colour for the skin, but leave the eyes a grey.
3. Begin to add shading and highlights to the skin.
4. Fill in the eyebrows with a light colour and begin to fill in the eyes.
5. Add the makeup around the eyes or define the eyelids.
6. Fill in the eyebrows with a darker colour and a smaller brush, and also add the pupils, and finish the shading of the iris, then add a shine with a white.
7. Finally add eyelashes and change anything you wish to! ^^

Hope this is okay, will add more but a little more tidy and such. This was a rough tut.
