Steel...all weapons, armour ands helmets are made of true steel..
I use steel sheet and tubes and spec ops sniper rifle are around 8,5kgs.
The shorty with underbarrel 40mm is around 5,5kg.

Its every ones own decision what he like, I go my own ways cause its a creative hobby, not tabletop...for elysian its perfect, not at the most other armies. This is a very spec ops elysian, thats the reason why its much MORE perfect to use it for that.

Its a question I could´nt answer....the events are so different, every event had his own flair and points why I love it..SVS con in denmark in reason we meet the skandinavian friends next year, maybe some of the brits too. Scifi days are a familiar event, but we meet a bunch of crossover cosplayers and very good friends. The big field camp in Koblenz at rhine is not a cosplay thing, its a military vehicle meeting on a army traing range. Totally different to all other events, but we bring the most equipment there(and have more than 450 private owned military vehicles around, including tanks..thats imperial feeling..lol)..Spaceritter festival is a nice meeting, displaying with the hydra too...similar to the scifi days but much bigger..and the list goes on..
