Description
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the central truth of Christianity. Without it there is no such thing as the Christian faith. The empty tomb is the final word of Jesus. It means that sin, death, and the grave have no power over Him. The resurrection means Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose on the third day “so that whosoever believes in Him might not perish but have eternal life”.

Romans 5:8-10
"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life".

Symbolism: The Easter lily is a traditional Christian symbol for rebirth and new beginning. The triangle in this piece represents the Holy Trinity. The red represents the blood of Jesus, and the green represents life.
