I really like how the words form a triangular shape! The words flow very nicely and I like how clean and sharp it all is. The only critique I have is the grey oval behind the "the." I understand you put it there probably so that the filigree shapes and the word don't get muddled and confusing, but it's the only part that sticks out to me as a little out of place. Maybe you could just make it seem more in place by blending it with the filigree shapes? So it's less obviously an oval? Hahaha, I sound like I'm babbling. I hope that makes some sense. Overall this is a lovely piece! I'm getting more and more interested in typography lately! Great work!

I totally understand what you are saying. That was a difficult portion of the design for me and I just couldn't figure out what to do. Your suggestion totally makes sense and I'm going to try it. Thanks!

Very cool work, and there can be no more worthwhile subject matter.

I think the shapes behind the "The" look like a bad mustache, though. I'm not sure what else to do with that, but perhaps blending the oval a bit as Rkor4 suggested would help.

Needed so much these days...*sigh* we cannot continue to blend our new age beliefs with the Christian Faith. God's word is eternal, and until Christ returns nothing is to be added nor taken away from it and when things DO change it will be by the hand of God. The Bible is not outdated just because we've fallen away from the way we should be living...
