Optimus Prime's jacket from the Transformers: Animated episode, Human Error (parts I and II). The main part of a cosplay I'm doing for the 2009 San Diego Comic-Con.Still some minor work to do: The arms are too long, and thus need to be hemmed up about an inch. And no, I'm not going to show you the inside of the jacket, because it's crap. It only has to look decent for 12-ish hours.

I want to make a jacket like this for my friendΒ who's really into transformers. I'm thinking of putting the Autobot logo on the back or on the arms and maybe add a hood to it, any tips?

I think you could wear for the fall and not just cosplay. It looks really well put together.

I would, but for two things:
1. It's not bad, but the blue cuffs are a much less flexible fabric than the rest of the jacket, so it's not the most comfortable thing to wear for more than a day or so.
2. Here in San Diego, we don't get much fall. Or winter, for that matter...
