The resolution is 72 (quite low)

I know what's creating those white pixels.Increase the "colour diff" value of the magic wand tool to resolve the problem but not until it selects the WHOLE canvas! (like,if 200 selects the whole canvas,decrease it down to 190-185.If it still selects the whole canvas even at 1,some lines aren't closed xD)
If it's still creating white pixels,zoom INSANELY close to the pixels and manually colour it with the "airbrush" tool ^^

Somebody's getting better with their SAI.
Also, those white pixels are probably the magic wand (or whatever you call it in SAI) messing up. You could probably just use an extra layer underneath it to mimic the colors so that you won't have to touch what you already have.

It looks really nice and all, but those white outlines messes up the coloring. I dont really know how to fix that though.

If anything, you could manually fill the white lines yourself with any painting program. I know it is difficult and tedious, but it will improve the pic greatly.
