- So far Ben Tennyson has the DNA of three Metahumans: Barry Allen, James Logan Howlett, and Peter Parker(who became a Metahuman after some unknown circumstance).
- Like with the rest of his Metahuman transformations, underneath the mask Arachnid looks somewhat similar to a slightly younger Ben 10K. Whether he has the beard or not is unknown.

- When Peter was young, his parents Richard and Mary Parker died in a plane crash. Peter and Teresa grew close to Ben and May as they raised them and that they were the only family the two had. Although not related, Peter considered Eddie Brock, a boy whose parents died with Peter’s in the plane crash, an older brother figure. Peter and Eddie, in fact, called each other “Bro”.

By high school, Peter had made three new best friends: Gwen Stacy, Mary Jane Watson and Harry Osborn.
- On a fateful day on a field trip to E.S.U. young Peter’s life was changed forever. After being bitten on the hand by a spider genetically altered by radiation, Peter was endowed with spider-like abilities similar to an Arachnichimp. The spider bite gave Peter his powers due to the fact that he possessed an inactive metagene. If he hadn't had one, the radioactive spider venom would’ve killed him.
- Telling his Uncle Ben he was studying at the library, Peter actually entered in a wrestling match, under the ring name of Spider-Man, for a prize of $1,000. He beat Crusher Hogan in less than 2 minutes. Peter was crowned the new champion. Peter then had to sign an exclusive contract with the wrestling company (which he declined). Peter didn’t get a dime. Angry about this condition, Peter let a burglar get away with the Manager’s vault money, telling him it’s not his problem. Peter ended up walking home, as Uncle Ben seemingly never came to give him a ride. But upon arriving home, Peter learned the awful truth from his heartbroken aunt that a burglar had killed Ben for his car. When Peter caught the burglar, he was shocked to discover it was the same one he'd stepped aside for earlier. While tempted to kill the burglar as an act of vengeance, he knew Uncle Ben wouldn’t approve. So, he spared his life and left him for the cops to collect. Filled with remorse, Peter then turned his Spider-Man persona into a superhero, finally taking to heart the message Uncle Ben tried to tell him the last time they spoke: “With great power, there must also come great responsibility.”
- After a fun summer of keeping the streets of New York safe, it was back to school for Peter Parker. Though, Spider-Man found his start of Junior year occupied by fighting his first supervillain, the Vulture, off of Harry’s dad, Norman. Peter, on the other hand, was struggling to help Aunt May pay off the accumulating bills. Peter and Gwen were offered an internship at Dr. Connors’ lab where college freshman Eddie was interning, but when he learned high school interns didn't get paid, he sought a job at the Daily Bugle for money.
- After the Lizard incident with Doctor Connors, who changed his career to a teaching position at Empire State, Peter began to intern with Doctor Otto Octavius at Octavius Industries. They worked on highly advanced prostheses/prosthetics, in the hopes of providing replacement limbs that could interface with a human being’s nervous system just like any natural limb does. The two got along together really well as Peter looked up to Otto as a teacher.
- One full year after his uncle’s death, and after a battle with the villain called The Trapster, Spider-Man is confronted by a Triceraton Plumber Magister, Turanga Drex, leader of the New York Plumbers Branch. He offered Spidey the chance to be trained to be the “Ultimate Spider-Man”. Peter joined a program for young superheroes along a the current wielder of the Jade Tiger Amulet and the power of the White Tiger Ava Ayala, the current wielder of the Iron Fist Danny Rand, a human who gained indestructible skin named Luke Cage, and a wielder of the Nova helmet Sam Alexander, while he continued his super hero career.
- Turanga Drex is an old Triceraton warrior who was exiled from the Triceraton Republic by Zanramon. He fell into a depression and lost all purpose in his life, almost succumbing to it until he came across an abandoned baby girl with only one, cycloptic Eye. Overhearing her parents say she was a worthless Mutant and bound to die gave Drex a renewed sense of purpose, leading him to seek help which pulled him from his spiraling depression. Besides his dedication to keeping his jurisdiction crime-free, Drex is also highly caring and respectful to others, despite his usual gruff nature. Even though he hates paperwork and sometimes tries to sneak away from it, his Astromech droid named D1-N0 makes sure he has completed every single paper, much to his aggravation. Drex is also irritated at Fry’s courting of his “granddaughter” and his usual experiments that end up being a pain in his tail.
- With a “no rain or sleet” attitude and a “kick-your-***” grace, Turanga Leela tries her best to in up to her grandpa’s legacy as a Plumber Captain. She is a headstrong woman who focuses on work first and fun later. She is known for loving animals that are endangered. While she may not seem like she was raised by a Triceraton, but the learned angry and bloodlust comes out when she’s in the heat of battle.
- The lead scientist is Leele’s not-secret boyfriend, a human named Philip J. Fry. Fry tries to live up to the legacy of his great uncle, Hubert J. Farnsworth. While he’s a smart cookie, he tends to bumble a lot with his inventions. Peter and Fry often hang out with each other, helping each other with inventions or just arguing with is the best restaurant in Manhattan, Panucci’s Pizza or Stan’s Diner. With Fry is his helper bot with attitude, Bender Bending Rodríguez and his intern, Amy Wong.
- The leading doctor of the base is a Decapodian from the planet Decapod 10 named Dr. J’onn A. Zoidberg. J’onn has multiple medical degrees from around the universe. Dr. Zoidberg has known Drex since he came to earth and got him into the Plumbers. He’s good friends with Hermes Conrad in accounting. J’onn always there if someone needs him and ready to lend a claw. He’s currently studying Spider-Man’s abilities and new physiology as he believes the Peter is the birth of a new human sub-species, that he has dubbed Spidersona.
- Their underground alien city is called Sub-Terrania and has a Mandalorian sheriff named Wol Brurro. Competent and dangerous, criminals in Sub-Terrania have to look over their shoulders frequently to make sure he’s not there. Wol is constantly alert and will draw his weapons if he feels as though someone is about to attack him.
- In charge of the Illegal Business in Sub-Terrania is a Piscciss Volann Mob-Boss named Lino Angler, also known as Barracuda. He runs every-crime in Sub-Terrenia, from having dealers for Trip Drops to smuggling of weapons. Lino’s hates that Spider-Man has moved into his territory, giving him a massive pain in the tail fin.
- As Spider-Man started patrolling both Manhattan’s above and below cities, he’s a couple of nasty alien enemies. Such as a Metahuman with a Metagene that gave him a scorpion-like tail named Mac Gargan who typically goes into battle wearing a suit of battle armor designed specifically for him, a criminal human named Herman Schultz who specializes in vibrational technology and only cares about getting a big payday, a Sotoraggian with armor themed after a beetle, and many more.
- They are a great number of girls who are romantically interested in Peter Parker/Spider-Man. Johnny Storm has claimed that it is his “Parker Luck”. Dr. Zoidberg thinks it’s a hidden Spidersona biological function he hasn’t analyzed yet.
