- When seriously injured, he will retreat back into his gemstone to regenerate. This makes him vulnerable for until he heals himself.

I'd say life saver function, or only gets memory wiped to the point he turned in Gemstone because that was when he was "made".

Hey, I also made a Gem form for Ben, it's named Taydenite as that's the gemstone and basically the only one of its kind. I presumed taydenite would be the genetically optimal specimen for gems as it essentially not only so rare & valuable but also next to indestructible, and then reason why I decided for Taydenite to have a feminine form at first was because I thought the Omnitrix would turn him into what a taydenite gem would look like at first before Ben lost the physical form and he could change it to something he could be more comfortable with.
I give you permission to recreate Taydenite including its Ultimate form I made. Just credit me.
