MAYBE I AM NOT TOO LATE Quaggy is retiring, so we gotta draw one of the select nominees to replace him!
... Bibarel was perfect for this, but knowing those out there who aren't quite so... adventurous with their art, we'd end up with a whole bunch of empty-eyed soulless giant beavers if it won D:<
And if ANYONE mentions Surf's Up or whatever that stupid movie is called, I'll stuff Delibird's beard thing up your nostrils and gut you with a narwhal.
And since the deadline is liek, an hour away or something, I rushed this. Critique the hell out of it if you want, but dun sue me, okay?

Very good indeed. I'm guessing the airbrush played a big part in the making of this pic. I like waves and water but not to good at drawing them but still practicing. I really like the way you take pokemon and make them more life like cus it looks awesome!

Seriously, I don't know how you hope people would not think about that movie when seeing this. It just SCREAMS Surf's up.
Not just the whole concept, you even gave Delibird the same feet, beak, bodyshape and surf board as Cody's; totally not helping yourself on this one.

Your rendition of the Delibird thingi is awesome too; I it's refreshing to see it with just little attention to details; like on the beak and the feet, and of course the depth in the fur/feather~ish stuff. And I totally love the shading around its eye and the chest for some reason. Probably because it's done really well?
