Ugh finally wrenched myself off Fable to draw this.....
Name derived from Radiant and Ampere (Which is currently the name of my Ampharos on Emerald, who I'm training up to defeat Pike Queen Lucy's damn MILOTIC in the Battle Frontier )

So... this is a cross between Lumineon and Ampharos, believe it or not

Pokedex entry:

It can swim to the bottom of the sea easily using its strong tail. The pale green and red orbs on its body glow brightly and it uses them to communicate when it is too dark to see other Radiampere. However, if a Marshamp intercepts the signals it may misinterpret them as a game and confuse the communicating Pokemon.
It can only hold its breath for an hour, but it can retain oxygen using the gill fins behind its ears and through its yellow skin. It prefers to stay near the sea and is more adapted than Ampharos at being a 'Lighthouse Pokemon", because they can swim out to ships coming too close to shore.
