Made Suicune into a kirin-type thing with neat ice/crystal horns, and white scale patterns!

Suicune already is kirin-based, although certain features of its design are ambiguous enough to make fans question it. How anyone can possibly see it as a canine is beyond me (legendary "dog"?). If I hear one more person "state" that Suicune's a wolf... *loads shotgun*
