Info: Celeste seems to have come from a far off place, as evidenced by her unearthly appearance. All that is known by those she encounters is that she is an extremely formidable foe, severely punishing any and all who lack or hold back knowledge of what she seeks.

The 'dress' adorning her body is actually part of her living being, her body's form and appearance adaptable to her will. As such, she is always technically 'naked', but it doesn't seem to bother her too much. Her natural form is the same appearance stripped of the 'dress'. The crystals adorning her body are seemingly the only artificial part of her, created by a higher power. They seem to be the source of her great strength and abilities.

Her abilities seem to specialize in the nervous systems of others, often attacking it directly and cruelly when extracting information from their begging mouths.

Personality: Nearly nonexistent. From the perspective of her enemies, she is cold and ruthless, unflinching at the harshest of assaults she inflicts on others' bodies. Perhaps an occasional smirk will cross her lips, but her victim is usually too far tortured to witness it. Oddly, her third eye seems to convey more emotion than she ever does...
