Jock: Joe Swash in the style of Sonny
Just give him a Scottish accent and a bit more bravado.

Frank: Brett Goldstein in the style of Roy Kent (Ted Lasso)
Their tempers are almost one and the same.

Culdee: Matt Wilkinson in the style of Rusty
Culdee is every bit as friendly and safety-conscious as Rusty - Matt could easily have pulled him off. Like Jock, I'd also envision him with a Scottish accent, as a nod to how real Culdees were a sect of Celtic monks.

Patrick: Tom Stourton in the style of Duncan
The most I'd do, apart from giving him a more neutral British dialect, would be to tone down his gruffness as his character arc progressed.

Wilfred: Bob Golding in the style of Stephen
I could see him having a Welsh accent - so, something akin to Stephen's Glynn impression from the end of "Runaway Engine".

Catherine: Caitríona Balfe in the style of Claire Fraser (Outlander)
Given her role as Culdee's eyes climbing the mountain, a bold, straightforward, yet compassionate approach to things would probably fit Catherine like a glove.
