Mac: Tom Stourton in the style of Rex
I could see Mac having a similar cheekiness and enthusiasm to Rex - like his twin, he'd also have a Welsh accent.
Agnes: Keith Wickham in the style of Dowager Hatt
If Keith could hilariously master Dowager Hatt, I'm more than certain he could have done the same for Agnes - just put on a Welsh accent (noticing a trend here?), and maybe make her sound a bit snobbier.
Cora: Nicola Stapleton in the style of Rosie
For some reason, I've always thought Cora had the most potential for the CGI Series out of all the SkR rollingstock - she'd have been an ideal work partner for Rusty and (occasionally) Peter Sam. All Nicola would have to do was put on a Welsh accent (big surprise, right?) to distinguish her from Rosie.
George: Rob Rackstraw in the style of Bradford
Retain the gruffness - just use a Cockney accent and make his voice a bit...slimier.
Elizabeth: Mark Moraghan in the style of Annie (T&F Storytime, Read & Play, etc.)
If Mark could ham it up as Dexter, a character like Elizabeth probably wouldn't have been too far a stretch.
