Please read before you comment! Don't know if this stamp is deja vu or not, oh well.I'm not trying to flame all your wolves and lions (and such) OCs here. Just noticed something (and haven't found any stamps related to this) and made this thing. You have a full right to agree/disagree. :3 ~

the reason (i believe) Wolf, Cat, and horse OC's are so common it because those are animals you can visualize easily. if you have a dog well its alot easier to wolf OC's since you can visualize it better. Same goes for cats and horses, it easier to tell if your proportions are correct if you can visualize while your drawing.

I have many that fit under this category.
An elephant, a giraffe, hippopotamus, pronghorn, koala, pika, beaver, several bats, a raccoon, snakes, a crocodile...I could go on

I have quite a few different animal OCs, actually. There's a platypus, a giraffe, a rat, a rabbit, some mantises, a bearded dragon, and an assassin bug. There's some more, too.

Sometimes when I want to make a new animal OC I specifically look for a species that I don't know about / haven't heard about before.

I need to add more variety to my OCs. Pretty much the most exotic thing I have is a River Otter and a few Valhalla Foxes (My own species)...
Well, currently, most of my OCs are just ambiguous in species anyways, just generic canines and generic felines and generic mammal-like blobs.
