Yes, I really like it ! What makes it special to me is that it emphasizes Lugia's caring and helpful traits of character. Furthermore, it brings out that the 'Guardian of the Sea' doesn't always have to stay underwater but love to fly, too. This applies in particular if situation is as friendly and peaceful as shown here.
