Don't go to manga drawing first, you should always take out art books in the library (most of the time. The Internet doesn't tell you the whole story of how everything starts and from beginning.) It is hard to start drawing when you look at tutorials on the net and have to force yourself to draw that good when you aren't that far (trust me I went there. It makes me cry). Go around to find a life drawing classes and art clubs. Don't worry about not being good at first, it takes patiences and a lot of practices to get better.
