Makes a change to see someone else modeling the BSG interiors. Everyone does Galactica or Vipers, but this is a bit different.
I bet this game's gonna look wicked. What other rooms are you going to make? CIC would be fun.. and probably a nightmare.

were doing EVERYTHING. or plan to, at least. CIC, Hanger, Bunks, Rec Rooms, Ready Room, War Room, Cafateria, Storage rooms, Arms Lockers, Sickbay, Brig...etc.
The rooms are being built using smaller individual pieces for the roof, floor and different wall types. That way we can arrange them into any layout we please, so we have an infinite number of possibilities without having to do too much work.
The CIC is going to be crazy mostly because there aren't many good references. But think i have gathered enough to make reasonable crack at it. I know I'm going to have to improvise on what the upper level looks like and the area around the damage control part in the back.

Oh yeah, I think someone posted that vid on scifi-meshes.com once. Looks totally epic. (too epic to work on my crumby old PC, I bet 
On the plus side with CIC, at least it's in every episode, so you should find everything you need on the DVDs. I know there have been a few glimpses of that upper gallery from time to time. It's mostly chairs and computers, isn't it? And with some of the other rooms you're lucky that they do the thing with moving the walls around to make "new" sets. It won't be so noticeable that you're doing the same thing.

So far we've been working on the Crysis mod for a little more than two months, so we haven't even got a public beta yet. The Homeworld 2 version is at 0.44 and downloadable publicly from the site.
