His greatest foes are not the Branwen family. I dunno where you got the idea that Ragna was anywhere near that weak, but Blazblue characters in general are really freaken strong. The Blazblue anime is a poor adaptation that doesn't really represent the characters all that well. The games are canon.

Me: Major antagonists? I know that Terumi and Cinder are guarantees, I don't know too much about Megaman Starforce, and Hades would be a good choice. Him and Terumi would be troll buddies. Other than that, Salem might be another option if you choose to expand with RWBY's characters. As for BlazBlue, Relius would be a good option, and if you want to include Hades Izanami, you could make her host different as well. Anyway, that's my opinion for the villains.Β
