Smo egg marble batch scriptMade with Apo 7x
"Epogh tweak of Marbleizer"
Marble Script By TJ Anderson
fracfx.deviantart.com
Got to just love this Dude.
This script simply adds a Final Fx Transform
to an existing flame to produce a egg shape marble flame.
The results aren't always great but it makes it
easy to see how your flame might look as a egg marble.
If your flame already uses a Fx Xform the results
will not work properly but might even have a great new look.
Ajust pitch and yaw to 0 ,you can play with it later.
Have fun....

I still have some of my more recent .flame files. I think I can just change them to .txt files and I have the parameters, right? It's a start!

.flame files are what you must save then when they are open in Apo you can just copy and past the params.we going to pong in the chatroom Lia and me so join if you feel like it

Honestly?! I can just copy and paste the parameters right out of the Apo window? I'll have to try it! I would so love to join you and Lia, but I need to go and shovel 60 cm of snow before the whole mass freezes solid tomorrow!

As soon as I started shoveling, it started snowing extremely hard again! I enjoyed it! The copy-and-pasting works like magic. Apo is such an amazing program, isn't it?

Thank you! I'm glad you like it! I'm still just a bit uncertain about this fractal. I think I'll like it 100% once I achieve a bit more distance from it. I get too close to the fractals when I'm working on them and then can't see them objectively. Does that happen to you too?
I'd love to try making a script together. You are so kind to ask!! Unfortunately, I need to work really hard at my non-art work for a while, just now. I may not have enough time or energy. I do sometimes open up my Apo late at night and play around with it a bit despite being very tired. IF I make something, should I save the parameters? Most of what I've made so far has no saved parameters. We could also have another "pong" later when I'm free again!

When I run this I'm not seeing any change to my image but am tossed into a "save" dialog. Can you step me through this? It's not what usually happens...

Sorry about that, I wrote the original a long time ago and didn't include text options to explain what to do.
On the first run it will ask the name of the flame you want to save it as, you can type ANYTHING you want there, for this one I use "SmoEgg" and it saved "SmoEgg.flame".
It will overlay on you your loaded flames so if you have any randoms you want to keep you'll need to save those first as I didn't include the option to save the current batch. After that it will show a preview of each flame with the script applied. If your flame already used an Fx that will no longer be the Fx but will become the next to final transform.
If it uses any 3D options (pitch/height, etc.) it may look funky because Epogh's version is making an egg shape.
The more flames you have the longer it will take (because of the preview (I liked seeing the results as it runs)) unless you comment out line 53 with two forward slash marks // or remove the preview line altogether)
Once it has ran you'll see the list of lames it created and you can just load the flame you saved anytime you want later if you do anything else

Hi no problem its a tweak from fracfx. so it works like this if you run it a save thing will come up all that means is that it is saving everytime you run the script.just save it somewhere and it will run and save the results for you (where you saved it) for later .no problem fracfx style
