Do you like rich texture and tweaking then this one just for you .
If you follow quick this Tutorial you will gain some insight in the elliptic/ splits combo flame.
Just two easy steps and a Final FX.
And end up with a most tweakable base elliptic splits base fractal.
Plugins needed (elliptic, splits and for the tweak post curl) which is included in the Zip download.
Color gradient and full instructions is also included.
Have fun lets split some stuff

I didn't understand what "Tx1= 2x 110 smaller (Change size here later when you tweak.)" means.

hi there sorry I was away for months .
Tx1 is transform one
make smaller 110% but do it again
so in other words go to tx1 in the editor and click the place that says triangle in there you set the setting to 110 and press the little triangle twice

There is no real difference other than maybe a few settings
(my weight stays at default 0.5 for both tx And there is no post transform in the two tx s )
Your one is a great tut and better in all aspects.
This was aimed at beginners like myself to put a base flame in action to tweak.
Do you feel bad about my tutorial did I do something wrong?
I thought I brought a twist an a ready established combo made easy for beginners and I think I sucseeded.
Most of my insight that I have gained in 18 months of doing Apo comes from people like yourself and others who post tutorials and params
much like I do.
