Elafaki and Hemlock were kept in separate pastures, however it quickly became obvious that they got on famously and enjoyed each others company greatly, and so were it was decided that they were allowed paddocks next to one another. Hemlock was being daily fed her antidote to the potions that affected her, preventing her wings from staying formed until she settled in her new home in case she decided to fly away. The pair were carrying on like foals when she decided that they should go on an adventure, much to Elafaki's horror - you can't just leave your paddock! Long story short she convinces him to break out with her (as a cunning older mare she can undo gate latches, something EQ stables were unaware of) and they go swimming in the river further down the property. They talk about their histories and get to know each other almost more than they know themselves, and Hemlock brings Elafaki out of his shell a bit.

I've always wanted to do a water scene and who better to use than 6347 Theiki Elafaki and 9218 Hemlock * , my new babs I struggled so much with the background but I figured if I don't practice I'll never get any better so may as well upload the practice art as well as the stuff I'm happy with.
Eeh did I tell you I love my new additions to the stable? xD
