It's saying EE-vee!(translation- THANK~ you!), don't ask me why, think of your own story of it
. Anyway, I just haven't had any deviantions in a while, so I wanted to make something quickly(though as not as quick as I thought it would be -_-). Anyway I used 57 frames on photoshop. It took me a day and half and THIS time I was able to use the looped background with FULL POWER, because in my last animation [link] I couldn't tween it

Well, it's like this, it's eevee that's actually has a bad past, so when someone gives it a compliment, it cries out of joy, and like I said, it says EE~vee!(THANK~you!). But you can think of your own story about it.
