I will put all my money in some mysterious and extremely destructive extraterrestrial force (Destiny's Darkness, maybe?).

I put my money on that, too. Although, I've heard a theory from someone that the sole reason for aliens to come to Earth would be to harvest our resources. It does make sense to me. There would have to be some incentive behind their actions. Just destroying things out of the blue seems unreasonable for advanced civilations...

Thanks so much Dani! I feel like it could be super easy to include 3D in manips, I just have to study it a bit more. It could help with strange poses etc A LOT as well.

I agree with you, it could be easy. We just need to make them more natural but not always is easy.

This is a unique depiction of a planet destruction mainly for its angle. While there's plenty of good examples of planets being blasted shown from the point of view of the "entry wound" - so few, if any - focus on the "exit wound" and the way you have consecutive circles of the planet breaking away from the blown-out centre is pretty cool and clearly shows it's not going to make it out of this in one peice.

hehe, yup, I already have several planets being blasted to bits in my gallery, so I thought the idea could use a little twist. The standards for originality in space art are still rather low, therefore rotating a scene by 180 degrees can already seem new and creative lol.

Goku: I wonder where the Kamehameha goes when I miss.
Krillin: Better not to think about it.
In all seriousness, awesome picture, in every sense of the word. :]

I can't help but think your profile pic is related.
But you are right; that thing probably plowed through a few solar systems after it ripped off half of Cell's body. Lol.

ahaha, it does look like a Kamehameha. I guess it's my subconscious grief about the end of DB Super that made me destroy this planet. Glad you like it, thanks!!
